Rosa Sharkey and Sarah Foy, both 26, and 37-year-old Rose Patterson appeared at Norwich Crown Court, where a 12-person jury — five men and seven women — unanimously found them guilty, according to reports. Sentencing will take place at a later date.

How it unfolded

On May 24, 2023 the trio, who are members of Animal Rising, entered Appleton Farm on the Sandringham estate by climbing a low electric fence. They spent hours among the flock before each taking a lamb and leaving with the aid of a man in a small van; he was not tried alongside them.
