Menu standouts include the Dirty K-Pop Dog — kimchi slaw, spicy gochujang mayo, scallions, crispy onions and black sesame — and The Fat One, a footlong loaded with roasted pork, pepperoni, chili beans, cheddar sauce, red onion sauce, pop fries and chives. Fatone quips it’s “not for the faint of heart” but ideal for a theme-park appetite.
The launch also features six Italian ice flavors served in old-school foldable paper cups, a nod to Fatone’s Brooklyn memories. What’s at Universal is just the start: the partners say timing and patience guided them, and Mulvihill sums up their approach: “let’s do it, but be patient.” Fat One’s is now open at Universal Orlando Resort.
