The couple connected on social media in 2017 after flirtatious tweets and a DM that led to a taco date. Adams proposed in July 2019. A pandemic delay pushed their wedding, which they later held on Saturday, Aug. 20 at Sunstone Winery near Santa Barbara, with Modern Family co-stars among the guests.
