Personal life may explain the move

The timing follows a reported joint agreement between Davidson and Hewitt about caring for their daughter. The couple — who were linked in March 2025, welcomed Scottie in December 2025 and split in May — said they are cooperatively coparenting and prioritizing their child’s well-being. Scottie is named after Davidson’s late father, Scott Matthew Davidson.

What the property offers

Davidson bought the 2,300-square-foot house in June 2023 for just under $2 million. Set on six acres with pond views, it includes a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, a large fish tank, sauna, wine cellar, cold plunge, hot tub, covered lap pool, media room, gym, multiple decks and a covered porch with automatic screens. The listing had been handled by Muffin Dowdle of Ginnel Real Estate.
