Court records show Tyler will plead guilty to child abuse/negligence without injury related to an incident in July 2025 when a baby was reportedly found wandering in a neighborhood. Prosecutors say there was an earlier episode a month prior when the child was allegedly left in just a diaper. The Weld County District Attorney has asked the court to impose up to 30 days in jail, 12 months of supervised probation and enrollment in a parenting program.
