Tyler Boebert, 21, was taken into custody Aug. 9 and the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest Aug. 10. He faces three felony counts of sexual exploitation of a child—including inducing or enticing a child, possession with intent, and a video-related charge—plus two misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bail was set at $10,000 and he bonded out the same day. Authorities say the arrest followed an investigation by the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office and a felony review by the 9th Judicial District Attorney's Office; his first court appearance is scheduled for Aug. 19.
