The Queen's recent hospital stays

The Royal House said a CT scan on May 25 found a large blood clot in Queen Margrethe's hip area following an earlier fall, and she was expected to remain in hospital for several days and was doing well. This came less than two weeks after a May 14 hospital stay for a heart attack and subsequent balloon angioplasty; she returned home on May 19 and later canceled an engagement.
