The heir is set to put about 20% of the Duchy of Cornwall up for sale across the next decade, a move expected to raise roughly $670 million. The duchy will be recentered on five “heartlands”: Cornwall, Dartmoor, the Isles of Scilly, Bath and parts of London. Established in 1337, the estate is valued at more than $1.3 billion and currently yields William nearly $31 million a year.
