On May 11 Mancera posted a carousel on Instagram showing her in a floor-length white gown, visibly pregnant, alongside baby-blue cookies inscribed "Baby Kneeland," family and friends, and the event decorations. In her caption she thanked those who attended and those who sent love from afar.

Gratitude amid hardship

Mancera wrote that the support around her "made everything feel a little brighter," and specifically thanked her family for throwing the shower in Michigan as well as both families for their ongoing care and prayers.
