The documents say the family faced potential foreclosure and allegedly owed about $6 million on the home. Dorit filed for divorce April 25, 2025, asking for sole legal and physical custody and spousal support; PK asked for split custody in May 2025. Texts in the filing show Dorit urging PK to clear the debt to spare the children, and PK says he offered temporary housing while he handled a sale of the 2019-purchased property.

Public fallout

The filing also notes a legal review found the clothing charges were personal, not required for her RHOBH role. Dorit’s divorce came a day after PK was photographed with former Amazing Race contestant Shana Wall on April 24, 2025. PEOPLE has reached out to representatives for comment.
