The estate first hit the market for $68 million in July 2024 and has been relisted and pulled multiple times — including a cut to just under $60 million in May 2025, a $52 million listing in September 2025 and a removal from the market in January. Lopez previously gave fans a look inside the home in December 2025, showing a grand entry, sweeping staircase and a dining room with a teal accent wall.
