Documents show the 46-year-old acknowledged two incidents in letters tied to his Florida Bar disclosures and a Miami-Dade personnel file. As a law student he admitted to drinking at local bars and being stopped by police while attempting to urinate in public; he says that episode ended with a fine. An earlier arrest, when he was under 21, involved alleged public intoxication at a campus basketball game and likewise resulted in a penalty.
