Earlier, on April 12, the duo posted an Instagram Reel covering A Great Big World's "Say Something," teasing viewers to "tune in 2 american idol tomorrow night⭐️ #idol." Rae is now off the competition, while Brooks remains alongside contestants Braden Rumfelt, Daniel Stallworth, Keyla Richardson, Jordan McCullough, Chris Tungseth and Hannah Harper. Kyndal Inskeep and Lucas Leon were eliminated. Season 24 launched in January with judges Luke Bryan, Carrie Underwood and Lionel Richie; next week features a Taylor Swift theme. The series airs at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
