Authorities say Justin Fairfax, 47, allegedly shot his wife multiple times in the basement just after midnight, then went upstairs and shot himself in the primary bedroom. One of the couple’s teenage children, reportedly at home, alerted police. The home is about 14 miles southwest of Washington.
