During his legal dispute with the publisher of the "Daily Mail" over allegations of unlawful data collection, the woman sat just a hand's breadth away on the public gallery for two out of four days of the trial. Harry's bodyguards spotted her and notified the court staff, but since it is a publicly accessible building and she had a right to be there, she could not be removed.

No Stranger: Pursuit Abroad

The woman is apparently not an isolated case: reportedly, she followed Harry all the way to Nigeria and breached the security area of a London hotel last September, where he was attending an award show. She later appeared near the Centre for Blast Injury Studies in west London and, according to a private intelligence service, is on a list of "obsessed individuals".
