The 34-year-old Toogi Dorjbayar from Belgium struggled with obesity for many years. At the age of ten, she moved from a poor country to Belgium, where sweets and high-calorie foods were suddenly readily available. On her TikTok account, she openly discusses how her weight began to increase at a young age.

Years of Battle with Obesity!

As a teenager, Toogi tried multiple times to lose weight, but with no lasting success. Viral diets, strict rules, and temporary motivation always led to the same result: the well-known yo-yo effect.

"I started to believe that my body just wanted to be fat," she admits honestly.

The Turning Point in March 2025

In March 2025, the decisive moment came. Along with her twin sister, Toogi made a simple commitment: to walk 20,000 steps every day. No diet, no gym subscription, no complex plan.

"I had tried so many challenges. I never thought this one would change my entire life," she says.

After just one month, Toogi had already lost almost five kilos. Mentally, she felt stronger and more positive, but her body had to adjust.
