The Champions League victor, therefore, sees itself as financially wronged and seeks compensation from Mbappé himself.
This request is directly connected to a previous lawsuit filed by the Real player. In the fall of 2024, Mbappé had already demanded 55 million euros from PSG, claiming this amount for unpaid salaries and bonuses. The sports court had then ruled in favor of Mbappé.
Mbappé, who was not present at the hearing on Monday in Paris, has also increased his claims against PSG. He is now demanding approximately 260 million euros from his former club. He justifies this amount by the allegedly illegal conversion of his fixed-term contract into an indefinite-term contract.
He is also seeking compensation for moral harassment (37.5 million euros), contract termination (18.75 million euros), and violation of the obligation of security (18.75 million euros).
These mutual claims, which total millions, represent the next step in the escalation of a legal conflict that has been ongoing for over a year. Mbappé left PSG this summer after six years and 256 goals.
